Delivery and Return Policy

Qatarpleasure takes the opportunity to bring its delivery and return policy. It applies to all those who are willing to purchase or return a product.

These policies must be read and understood by one and all willing to shop from our store. Also, one will come to know about delivery and return of our products and services. Qatarpleasure is operational not only across Qatar but all over the Middle East. One can initiate payments here through Debit/Credit cards. To deliver an order, we take 5 to 7 business days to reach one’s doorstep.

Our returns and deliveries are usually on time. However, these may vary due to certain unavoidable circumstances. However, in terms of safety, we have a full assurance since we pack products in standard boxes without a single detail apart from the customer’s contact details.

We Receive Return/Replace Request within 48 hours

Qatarpleasure gives a maximum of 48 hours to replace or return a wrong product. However, if one exceeds this time span, we take no such requests.

We Do Not Refund but Replace

Qatarpleasure is aware of your needs and wants. Hence, we always cooperate in case a wrong product reaches you from our end. In such cases, we replace that wrong product with the one you need. However, we initiate no refunds from our end.

No Product Return/Replace Requests Accepted if Damage Caused by Customer

If the product sent from our end is damaged by the customer, we will not be accountable for replacing or returning the damaged product. In other words, we here at Qatarpleasure will not be responsible.
