Welcome to Qatarpleasure for unlimited shopping! Before you proceed to shop at our store, we bring you some terms and conditions that are crucial to be known. All our policies are comprehensible and easy to understand as well. However, we advise everyone to read our terms and conditions before buying any product from our store.

We Sell Products to those above 18

Qatarpleasure sells products to only those who are 18 years or above. Hence, we prioritize on one’s minimum age limit to check whether we would be able to place an order for him/her.

We Allow Only 48 Hours to Cancel an Order 

The maximum time we allot is 48 hours for all our customers willing to report in case of any wrong product. Despite, if the customer is unable to report in these 48 hours, no request for cancelling the order shall be accepted.

We Do Not Accept Money Refund Request 

We always go ahead with the request to replace any product and not refund it. We do this only if we find that the product is in bad condition or has undergone damage from our end. But we will NOT accept any request for money refund.

We Don’t Accept Return Request for Used Products 

Qatarpleasure is very particular about dealing with fresh products. This is a big reason why we do not accept any request for returning used product. In case the customer has already used the product, it would not be applicable for return.

We Never Hint at Commercial Intentions

Every product we sell online is intended to meet private purposes only. We don’t sell products for commercial reasons or out of any business motive. We are missioned towards promoting sexual wellness, and hence we advise our users not to share any product with any other person.
